Founding Product Marketing Manager
Lead marketing at a hyper-growth, VC backed ERP backed by First Round Capital and Creandum
Rillet is the first accounting platform made to tailor fit the workflows of accountants and a full replacement for legacy ERPs like NetSuite and Sage Intacct. Scaling and hyper-growth companies like BitWarden, Codeium and Postscript use Rillet to enable a smarter close with native integrations, automated journal entries and AI embedded workflows.
We’re looking for our first marketing hire to take the early traction we’ve built and scale it into a world-class marketing engine. You’ll own messaging, campaigns, channels and metrics from day one - and you’ll work closely with the CEO and GTM to craft Rillet’s positioning. This is our first marketing hire and a rare opportunity to define the brand, strategy and motion at a company building a category-defining product.
In this role, you will:
- Own and evolve our messaging and positioning to clearly communicate Rillet’s value to finance and accounting teams
- Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Partner with Sales to create compelling content and collateral that supports every stage of the buyer journey
- Test and scale programs across digital, email, paid, events, and content—prioritizing what works
- Collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership and category creation
- Build the foundation for a modern, metrics-driven marketing function—including tooling, reporting, and playbooks
What excites us:
- 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a knack for translating complex ideas into clear messages
- Experience across brand, product marketing, demand gen, and content (you’ve likely worn many hats)
- Excitement about building from 0 to 1 and owning outcomes - not just activities
- Bonus: Experience marketing to finance and accounting teams or working in fintech
- Willingness to travel a few times a year for offsites, events, and team gatherings
