Founding Partnerships Lead
Lead strategic GTM initiatives at a hyper-growth, VC backed ERP backed by First Round Capital and Creandum
Rillet is the first accounting platform made to tailor fit the workflows of accountants and a full replacement for legacy ERPs like NetSuite and Sage Intacct. Scaling and hyper-growth companies like BitWarden, Codeium and Postscript use Rillet to enable a smarter close with native integrations, automated journal entries and AI embedded workflows.
We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to take a strong early partnerships foundation and turn it into a repeatable growth engine. You’ll work across sales, product, and marketing to expand our partner ecosystem and increase Rillet’s reach and impact. This is our first dedicated partnerships hire and an opportunity to define how the function scales.
In this role, you will:
- Build and execute Rillet’s partner strategy across system integrators, accounting advisors, technology partners and other strategic relationships
- Expand and deepen existing relationships, including attending in-person events across the US to meet with partners and unlock new opportunities
- Design and operationalize repeatable processes for sourcing, onboarding, and activating partners
- Work cross-functionally to refine our partner-market fit and influence roadmap priorities based on partner feedback
What excites us:
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity and/or accounting. Experience sourcing / working with clients directly is a strong plus
- Experience in a business development or sourcing capacity
- Exceptional written and live communication skills
- You have a track record of taking initiative, navigating ambiguity and producing concrete results
- You can travel domestically 1-2x per month
