About the role:

We are building an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining and we need someone with expertise in finance and accounting to help support the growing base of customers. You’ll be working closely with the founders and customer team to support our new customers and will have the unique opportunity to help define Rillet’s product. The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events.

You will:

Lead new customer onboardings and work directly with key client stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on-time
Examine customer’s business workflows and translate client needs into effective workflows within Rillet, identifying and solving for pain points.
Assist with migration and reconciliations of large data sets from various systems.
Facilitate connections in the customer’s environment with Rillet’s integration partners.
Provide comprehensive training to end-users across all levels of the customer's organization, ensuring they understand how the system's features align with their specific business needs.
Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution, interacting with the Product and Engineering teams as needed.

You are a good fit for this role if you:

Have 2-5+ years of work experience at a top-tier accounting firm and/or startup in a finance/accounting role
Love to build new processes from scratch and find creative solutions
Worked in a client facing role and are uncompromisingly service-minded
Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while keeping a high attention to detail
Have excellent communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and customers
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with ASC 606 & SaaS revenue recognition
- Experience with ERP or other accounting software implementations
- Exposure early stage startups
- CPA certified
