Rillet Product Updates in March:‍

The product and engineering teams have been heads-down this March, delivering new features and enhancing Rillet’s functionality.

Here’s a few of the exciting features we’ve shipped in the last month.

AI Analyst:

Rillet’s AI Analyst can now perform flux analysis, book accruals and provide metrics like ARR and churn. Try it today by asking questions like “What were my top 10 vendors in 2024?” or “Draft an ASC 606 revenue recognition technical memo for my SaaS revenue including SSP allocation assumptions” or “Perform a flux analysis for Feb 2025.”

Tabs Integration:

By integrating their AI-native platforms, Tabs and Rillet are creating a seamless finance stack designed to enable a “Headless ERP” framework that powers faster collections, reduces revenue leakage, improves financial accuracy, and achieves a zero-day close at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions.

Abacum Integration:

Abacum explicitly supports Rillet as a strategic ERP integration, enabling direct data flow between the two platforms. This allows finance teams to:

• Sync live financial data (e.g., invoices, revenue recognition) from Rillet’s AI-powered accounting system into Abacum’s FP&A workflows.
• Automate consolidations for multi-entity or multi-currency operations managed in Rillet, feeding cleansed data into Abacum’s forecasting models
• Department budgeting: Allocate resources across teams by importing Rillet's entity/currency-specific financials into Abacum’s collaborative planning workflow.
• Variance analysis: Automate Rillet-to-Abacum actuals-vs-budget comparisons with customizable BvA dashboards tracking ARR, NRR, and operational metrics.
• AI-driven forecasting: Feed Rillet’s AI-generated revenue recognition summaries into Abacum’s planning engine.

Close Checklist:

Rillet’s new Close Checklist helps your team stay organized, on track, and audit-ready during every month-end close. Assign tasks, track progress in real time, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. With built-in visibility across the team, controllers and accountants can collaborate seamlessly, reduce errors, and hit close deadlines with confidence.

Improved Journal Entry Search:

Finding journal entries has never been easier. Click Ctrl+F on the General Ledger Report or the Account Register to expose the search bar. You can search by JE name, JE description, vendor/customer, account (code or name), and amount.

Improvements to Cash reconciliation:

‍Reconcile multiple cash transactions to a single quick entry: We've added to Rillet's arsenal of cash reconciliation options to reduce your time to close. When multiple cash transactions can be categorized to the same GL account, you can select them all and book a quick entry in one swift action.

​Additional Foreign VAT Rates:​

Rillet invoicing now supports Swiss, South African, Austria, Ireland and Indian VAT rates, making compliance easier for global businesses. Apply these rates to your invoices, so VAT is automatically calculated when the invoice is created and sent to customers.

Lightening Reports:

Many of the hottest and fastest growing AI companies use Rillet today. To keep up with their growth, we shipped significant performance improvements. Reports are now lightening fast with some recently shipped performance improvements for the ARR Waterfall, ARR by Contract Type, General Ledger Report, Account Register, and Customer List. A bonus improvement for the ARR reports includes a searchable customer filter to zoom in on a customer's ARR trends within seconds of opening the reports.

AP Bill UI Refresh:

Creating bills in Rillet just got a little easier on the eyes with improved user flows and functionality. This UI refresh includes improved visibility of line items and uploaded attachments. Behind the scenes, we've built a new foundation for automated workflows (more coming soon!).
